Design

design

When creating a design, the goal must be determined, that is, whether the client wants to promote an event, build a brand, or create a fun product.
First, the customer must provide dimensions of the box they desire via email. This is necessary to construct, then enforce the design.

Main objectives

To attract more attention, the design should have a focal point. This can happen as an object, such as a logo, is formulated larger and brighter.

Цветът е един от най-очевидните елементи върху опаковката. Всеки цвят създава различно настроение. Тяхната подходяща комбинация може да повлияе положително на преценката на купувача.

Correct proportions change the perception of what will be considered beautiful.

Range of colors

Creating a color palette for the design should be one of the first steps.
CMYK or Pantone are used. CMYK allows better color quality to be obtained, especially by converting to the master file before exporting.
The photos and files sent by the client must be of high resolution.

File formats

If the client has his own ready-made design, it is important to send it as an unlocked file. Errors can occur when proofing at the print shop and applying the design to the build, so it's important to be able to work on the file to optimize print quality and save time communicating with the designer and waiting for edits. If a file is locked it takes time to create a correct project, resulting in missed deadlines.

Web design

Web design is a web development process to create a website that focuses on aesthetic factors such as layout, user interface, and other visuals to make the website more visually appealing and easy to use. Web design uses various programs and tools to achieve the desired look, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop and many more. To create a winning design, web designers need to think about their audience, the purpose of the website, and the visual appeal of the design.

Fonts

Fonts can be the most difficult design elements to get right. There are many options available and choosing the wrong font can spoil the look of the product. An important rule is not to use more than two fonts in one design.

Basic programs

Във фирма Polycart Ltd проектирането се осъщестява чрез Adobe Illustrator, като е желателно дизайнерският файл да бъде подходящ за тази програма или направен на нея.

What is the CMYK color model?

As an artist or designer, color theory is one of your primary resources for making important color decisions and creating ideal color combinations. In fact, color theory is the methodology surrounding aesthetically appealing visual art or graphic design. Likewise, understanding how color patterns and schemes work can be an incredible asset, whether you're creating a user-friendly web page or an eye-catching brochure. Ultimately, by capturing and using different color patterns, you can make appropriate and intentional impacts.

CMYK

The CMYK color model is produced from four selected colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. The most intriguing aspect of CMYK is that it is a subtractive color model. Less, with subtractive color, the pigmented ink reduces the light, thanks to the result on the white paper. As a general rule, the more pigment there is on the white paper, the less white light will be reflected; in other words, the ink will subtract the white light in all the larger quantities.

All color models are derived from a small set of primary colors, and each one creates a larger, specific range of colors (color space). One of the most popular models is the CMYK color model. In particular, this color pattern is very important for print work. Accordingly, this means that anyone who wants to print high-quality art and design must have an excellent understanding of CMYK color. As such, this article will address the important questions of what the CMYK color model is and how to use it, the differences between CMYK and RGB, the advantages and disadvantages, and much more.

Colors and toppings

If certain colors are combined and layered, darker shades of red, green and blue will appear. Layering all three primary colors (cyan, magenta, and yellow) in this way will result in the darkest color combination (very dark brown or black) or filter out the lightest reflection.

Because it does not achieve full black, black ink will allow artists to achieve the truest possible black in parts of their work. Also, black ink allows printed images to dry quickly, as opposed to slow drying full saturation.

What does RGB even mean?

Learn this and more with a quick overview of what RGB is and how you can use it in your web design.
If you've ever designed for a web application, you've probably come across RGB color. Here we break down what RGB actually is, how it works in web design, and how designers can get the most out of its use.

What is RGB?
RGB definition: what is RGB, how RGB works and more - RGB vs CMYK
When choosing a design color, you need to determine which color profile you want to use. A lot of this depends on what application you are using the color for. RGB color profiles are primarily used for computer screen applications, as we explain below. CMYK, in contrast, is mainly used for printing operations. These two basic color profiles are widely used, with the RGB color profile being one of the most common. RGB consists of red, green and blue hues that can create a wide range of different colors when combined.

How RGB works

RGB color profiles are formed by an additive process. They are mostly used on computer screens and on the web. RGB colors are created by light that can have any intensity, so as a result they can form a very wide range of colors. When you look at different colors on your computer screen, you will see that they are based on the RGB hues of red, green, and blue. RGB primary colors at full intensity are white, while at lowest intensity they are black.

Where RGB is used

RGB color is most commonly used for web and computer monitor color. It has three channels (red, green and blue) to create a wide range of colors on the screen. You can adjust the values for each channel to change the image color from 0 to 255 independently of each other. If all channels are at 0, you will get pure black. Similarly, if all channels are at 255, you will get an all-white color. By adjusting the red, green, and blue channels, you can create every color in the rainbow, along with gray, white, and black.
